    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Ordering and Purchasing items.

    * Only paid orders will be taken in, unpaid orders will be void.
    * All payments are to be made within 3 days after receiving a confirmation mail from us.
    * Double check all your orders and informations before send in to us.
    * No responsibility will be hold if the order/information is wrong.
    * No cancellation/changes/backout of orders after payment had made. No refund will be made.
    * All order forms are to be according to our format provided, otherwise it will be ignored.

    2. Items.

    * All measurement are provided by supplier. No responsibility will be hold if it's different from actual item.
    * Items may have 2-4cm difference between stated measurement and actual item.
    * Different lighting between monitors & during photo taking may affect the result, actual colour of item may slightly different in the photo shown.
    * No responsibility will be hold if above situation happened.

    3. Prices.

    * All item price are fixed and set by our supplier/seller of the items.
    * No negotiation for any items.
    * Join our spree only if you're comfortable with our terms and conditions.
    * No discount will be given unless otherwise stated.

    4. Refundable/Exchangeable.

    * A full refund will be made if your item goes Out-Of-Stock/Out-Of-Production.
    * You may request to ship back the wrong/defected item to our supplier, but extra fees will be charged.
    * We and our supplier double check all items before sending it out to all spree-ers.
    * Items that are damaged during shipping will send back for exchange or refund.
    * Process of exchange / refund will be only approval by our supplier.
    * All exchange / return charges will be charged from spree-ers.
    * Slight scratches, errors in measurements, defected items are not considered damaged item.
    * No responsibility will be hold if our supplier made the wrong orders, or he/she went MIA.
    * No responsibility will be hold if items are damaged/missing during mailing to you.


    **We assumed that all spree-ers had read, understood & agreed to our Terms and conditions when you placed your orders. :)
